Emperor shiitake mushrooms quickly and easily create a rich and flavorful shiitake mushroom soup.
Ingredients
Approximately 200 g of shiitake mushrooms
1 onion
Oil
A knob of butter
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 dl of water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
2-3 dl of heavy cream
Salt
Black pepper
Directions
Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into slightly smaller pieces.
Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a mixture of oil and butter.
Add soy sauce, water, and vegetable bouillon. Boil for about five minutes.
Add the cream and boil for a couple of minutes.
Blend using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
Season with salt and black pepper.
